You Got the Right One Baby

Does anyone remember this ad? I had never seen it before. Who knew Stock was such a great actor?

Classic. I'd forgotten that Stock had done that commercial.

I remember it vaguely. What I remember more is the Stockton ad for First Interstate bank where he dribbled around a half-darkened gym and, I believe, didn't say a word.

You gotta love the Stock. . . endorsements and commercials weren't exactly his thing.

I also do not remember seeing that Diet Pepsi commercial . . . and I'll be honest, for how badly Stock hated that type of thing, the commercial isnt half-bad.

Booner has a terrible memory

Really? I think it is terrible. Would anyone buy a Diet Pepsi after seeing that commercial? Stockton is no pitch-man.

The best Jazz pitch of all time were the Bryon Russell/Olden Polynice ads for gym equipment. Those were money.

Welcome to the picture train, Griff. Even if it looks nothing like the former Dr. Dunkenstein.
